Shine Bright like a Diamond (Chandelier Cleaning)

Discover our simple and effective tips for maintaining your chandeliers dazzling shine for longer. Take a look at our suggestions below and learn how to keep your chandelier looking its best with ease.

Change to LED Lightbulbs

These now look the very similar to the traditional candle type lightbulb especially when they are lit

LED Light bulb

By changing to LED it reduces the heat around the chandelier lamp-holders, which over time reduces the breaking down of the candle effects and wiring. It will also save you so much time getting up and down the ladder as LED bulbs last 20,000 hours whereas incandescent bulbs are only 1000 hours, thats 19 less times up the ladder

Replace broken chipped candle effects

These are usually a plastic sleeve with fake dripping candles, due to the heat of the lightbulbs these break down over time. Cracked and broken candle effect can make any chandelier look tired and old. Changing your light bulbs to LED will make these last twice as long
