FAQ's Frequently asked questions

Can the rod be cut to length?
Yes. You can undo the rod and cut to a shorter length if required to suit your ceiling height.

Can I make the pendant longer?
Yes. A 500mm extension rod and joiner are available if you need a increase the length.  You use the thread at the top of the rod set to attach.  This extension rod can also be cut to get the perfect length.

Won't I need to rewire it?
The rod sets all come with 1m of electrical flex, it you need more length (buying more than one extension rod) then please get in contact us and we can rewire to a longer length for you

Sloping ceiling - will this work?
You could make a wedge or get in contact with us and we could custom the ceiling rose to fit on a sloping ceiling.  If this is required please let us know the desired length as this would no longer be adjustable once adpated made

How do you attach the glass?
There are screws with your gallery, these are put in and tighten up BY HAND, do not use a screw driver.  As glass is hand made there are lots of variation in the thickness of glass so this system is used to accomodate this.

Are other finishes available?
Yes. This pendant is also available with patina black and brass fittings.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not look quite as you expected once it arrives in your home, so we offer a 14-day return period for online orders.

Your Purchase Isn’t Quite Right

For online purchases only, if your item is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories and instructions are included.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email us before sending any items back. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where required, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

For items damaged during delivery, please contact us for instructions.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

The following items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless they are faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products.
  • Lampshades made specifically to your requirements.
  • Items that have been installed, used, altered, or are not returned in their original condition.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
