Will this adaptor change the type of bulb I can use?
It changes the bulb fitting so you can use a different bulb base. It does not change the voltage or wattage requirements of your light fitting.

Can I use this adaptor with any light fitting?
The adaptor is suitable where the existing socket is E27 and you want to use a E14 bulb. Always check that the bulb's wattage and dimensions are suitable for your light fitting.

Does the adaptor make my light taller?
Yes, the adaptor adds approximately 40mm to the height of the socket. This is worth considering if space around the bulb is limited.

Why don't you sell B22 to E27 adaptors?
We don't recommend B22 to E27 adaptors because converting a bayonet fitting to an E27 screw fitting can create a polarity issue. For safety, we recommend changing the lampholder rather than using an adaptor for this conversion.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where required, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

  • Items that have been installed, used, altered, or are not returned in their original condition.
