Seems sturdy

Easy to assemble. The wires are pushed into the connection-housing clamps without screws, which removes the risk of over-tightening screw connections but does put a lot of faith in the one-way clamp system. The switch feels pretty solid underfoot. Would buy again.

Brilliant foot switch for old standard lamp

Very easy to put into the wiring for an old standard lamp - transformed the functionality. I did find the clamping prongs for my wire too tight, as I had quite thick mains cable, so I just filed them back a bit, and then it all fitted perfectly.
