Delivery Address:
Please double-check your address and phone number to avoid delays with your order.

Freight Charges:

• Urban Delivery: A flat $8.00 fee plus 5.5 % of the total order.
• Rural Delivery (including Stewart Island): A flat $14.00 fee plus 5.5% of the total order.
  • For larger parcels, rural freight may vary significantly. We'll contact you if additional costs apply.
  • Oversized parcels (over 0.16 m³) cannot be delivered to rural addresses. We'll reach out for an alternative address if needed.

• Waiheke Island Delivery: A flat $18.00 fee plus 5.5 % of the total order.
• Chatham and Great Barrier Island - Please contact us so we can work out. 

Pickups:
Orders can be picked up from our showroom free of charge. Please bring ID when collecting your order.

Delivery Times:

• Most small orders are dispatched the same or next business day.
• If an item is out of stock, we'll email you with an estimated delivery date.
• Delivery times vary based on location and season (e.g., holiday periods may cause delays).
• We use NZ Couriers for small parcels and Toll for larger deliveries.

Important Notes:

• No deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
• Ensure Rural addresses are flagged as "Rural" to avoid delays.
• Include instructions for leaving larger parcels if no one is home (e.g., deliver to a workplace for faster service).

Missing Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within:

• 1–3 business days for urban deliveries, or
• 3–5 business days for rural deliveries,
  please contact us, and we’ll track it for you.

Damaged Goods:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged during transit, email us a photo of the damage and packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
