Can the height be adjusted?
Yes this pendant has 2m of chain which can be opened and links taken off to shorten.

What ceiling height would this suit?
Lights are usually hung about 2.1m above the floor, unless they are positioned over a table or bed. With its size and hanging height, we recommend this pendant for ceilings of 3.3m or higher.

Can it be installed on a sloping ceiling?
This fitting can be istalled on a sloping ceiling, as the chain will enable it to hang straight.

What happens if I need a longer chain
No problem we can rewire the pendant for you and add extra chain

Can this light be dimmed?
Yes, if buying LED bulbs just ensure you purchase dimmable lightbulbs.

Do the crystals need attaching or does it come assembled?
The crystals will need attaching to the frame, this is usually done after the chandelier is wired up, due to extra weight once installed. If it is our last one then it will be fully assembled.

Do I need extra support in the ceiling
This light is heavier than your average pendant and would need extra support on installation
