What happens if a glass droplet gets broken in transit?

No problem. If a droplet is damaged during transit, let us know and we will help arrange a replacement. We keep spare glass where possible, and if we don't have the particular glass in stock, we can usually order replacements from the supplier.

What happens if I need to shorten the chain or lengthen the wire?
The chain and wire can be shortened during installation to suit your ceiling height. If you need the wire to be longer, let us know before installation and we can rewire the chandelier here for you.

How often does a chandelier need cleaning?

Returns & Refunds

All original packaging, accessories and instructions are included.
