Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the item and your delivery location. Larger or fragile items may require specialist freight to ensure they arrive safely. For more information check out our shipping details

We want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not look quite as you expected once it arrives in your home, so we offer a 14-day return period for online orders.

Your Purchase Isn’t Quite Right

For online purchases only, if your item is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories and instructions are included.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email us before sending any items back. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where required, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

For items damaged during delivery, please contact us for instructions.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

The following items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless they are faulty:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Custom-made or specially ordered products.
• Lampshades made specifically to your requirements.
• Items that have been installed, used, altered, or are not returned in their original condition.
• Items returned without original packaging.
