Returns & Refunds

The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, accessories and instructions are included.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where required, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Items that have been installed, used, altered, or are not returned in their original condition.
