Are the crystal real or glass?
Yes, the chandeliers mainly use crystal rather than glass. The price refects the quality of the crytal and you always tell a quality crytal through the coloured prisms that reflect through the crystal. A glass chandelier will not have the coloured prisms

What happens if a crystal gets broken in transit?
No problem, if we don't have spare crystals in stock we can usually get more from the supplier.

What happens it i need to shorten the chain or lengthen the cord?
Shortening of the chain and wire can be done easily on installation. If you need it longer let us know and we can rewire it here for you.

How often do we need to clean the chandelier?
This really depends on your house, but most chandeliers look great with a light wipe down every year and a more through clean every couple of years. See our blog on how to make this easy for you - Tips for Cleaning

Do you extra supports due to the weight of the chandelier?
Checking there is suffiecient support is part of the instalation process, anything which is heavier than most is noted on the product
